The staff is genuinely welcoming and eager to assist, making the stay feel very personal. The small bar is a cozy spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. However, the spa facilities are modest and can sometimes be crowded, which isn't the best when you want to relax. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for a family ski trip with great value for the location and service.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Crans-Montana! It’s perfectly located just a couple of minutes from the ski lifts, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the cozy bar and the wellness center was a great bonus. However, the spa area was a bit small and we couldn’t always access the sauna. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent value for money.
